So this bring us to the diet I have been following for a little over a week now closing in on the two week mark. It’s very bland and cut and dry. I do a meal prep of a dozen large eggs and I add a cup of whole milk to them and bake basically a large omelette that gets cut into 4 days. So a 3 egg omelette daily with a 1/4 cup whole milk. Then lunch and dinner are the same exact meal. I buy 3 lbs of chicken tenderloins I cook them in a pan on the stove top with some ms dash chicken seasoning and then at the end I add some sriracha, crushed red pepper, and a little hot sauce (not buffalo sauce). This gets served over rice which for sake of being easy I do Uncle Ben’s Boil-in-bag rice and I do one bag per meal. The 3lbs of chicken breaks down to a 1lb a day uncooked between lunch and dinner.
As I started to scour the forums I noticed that my calorie intake seemed to be relatively low compared to most. Based off of the calorie deficit from the required maintenance calories. I was just wondering if anyone had any input on this I am not hungry throughout the day and honestly sometimes have a hard time finishing all the rice from my lunch and dinner.
I could also provide a picture to show BF% to give you guys a decent idea but I think I’m fairly spot on with the 20% area.
Any and all help is appreciated 🙂 if you have any additional questions please ask.
