Is my bulking “diet” ok?

I’ve been bulking s December but lost a stone last month because of an illness
I’m getting most of my calories around night time because my mum and dad don’t let me decide what I have for dinner.
I’m 6ft, 152lbs and around 15-18% body fat
I’m getting , 300g of Carbs, 162g of protein and 50g of fat.
Sometimes i have more fat and less carbs , depending on what my mum cooks.

The main concern is that i normally have around 80g of carbs and 25g of protein before i sleep, if my dinner doesn’t hit my protein or carb Marcos (which is most days).
